At New Era Housing Solutions, we believe the housing crisis isn’t just about affordability or evictions—it’s also about education. We aim to shift the conversation by equipping frontline housing professionals with tools that foster empowerment, efficiency, and long-term stability for those navigating housing insecurity.

Founded by Vanessa Davidson, a former housing navigator and Director of Operations with experience in nonprofit housing, property management, and Proptech, New Era was built to bridge the gap between real estate systems and social service delivery. Vanessa has led regional operations across multi-state housing portfolios and brings deep, real-world insight into the challenges case managers and housing teams face every day.

Housing navigation remains a somewhat new function within Housing First and Rapid Rehousing programs. While its potential is immense, most available resources remain too generic—failing to address the nuanced needs of evolving local markets, client barriers and demographics, or program compliance. New Era Housing Solutions fills this gap with personalized, location-aware guidance and field-tested tools.
